It was my first time eating crawfish, and what a treat it was! Though I wish I knew more about how to crack them open just right, everything comes with practice, right?!
It does indeed… my daughter-in-law is from Louisiana, so she knows all the tricks. I’m not one for sucking the body, though. That’s a little TOO Cajun for me! :-)
